As a Buyer, you understand that by initiating a transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with Growloc to purchase the products and/or services from Growloc and to pay the transaction price using the appropriate Payment Facility. You also understand that the availability of the payment facility may vary for certain categories of products and locations, and you may not be entitled to use that Payment Facility for those specific transactions.

Availability of Website and its Services:

This Website is managed and operated by Growloc based in India, and Growloc makes no representation that the materials are suitable or available for use in other locations. If you access this Website from outside India, you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local laws.

No act or omission of Growloc prior to the actual dispatch of the product(s) ordered will constitute an acceptance of your offer. You agree not to dispute Growloc's decision in this regard.

Order Cancellation:

• You acknowledge that (a) your cancellation, or attempted or purported cancellation of an order or (b) cancellation due to reasons not attributable to Growloc, shall amount to your breach of the Terms and any such request shall be permitted subject to acceptance of the same by Growloc. For any permitted cancellations, we will initiate a refund, if any, against the relevant product/order as specified in the refund and return policy.

• Orders may be cancelled by Growloc in any of the following cases: (a) if it is suspected that a customer has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or (b) if it is suspected that a customer has undertaken a transaction which does not confirm to or violates these Terms, or (c) in case of unavailability of product(s), or (d) for any reason outside the control of Growloc, including causes for delivery-related logistical difficulties. For such cancellations, Growloc will initiate a refund, if any, against the relevant product/ order, within approximately 72 hours and as mentioned in the refund and return policy.

• Further, Growloc aims to ensure that specifications and prices of all products / services offered for sale are true and correct. While precautions are taken to ensure accuracy thereof, at times, the specifications / prices may not be current or may be inaccurate on account of technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect product/service information provided to Growloc by third-party sellers and in such an event, you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of Growloc. In each such case, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Growloc reserves the right to cancel the order and initiate a refund, if any, against the relevant order/product as per the return and refund policy.

• We reserve the right to deny access to non-complying users / users that appear to be involved in fraudulent transactions at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.

Pricing:

All products listed on the Website are sold in Indian Rupees, either at the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) (inclusive of all taxes) or at a discounted/offer price with taxes, unless otherwise specified. The prices at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of delivery. While most product prices do not fluctuate daily, some commodities and fresh food products may have daily price changes.

For products such as Fresh Food, Vegetables, and Fruits, the delivered weight may vary, and the product will be billed based on the actual weight. There may be instances where the MRP of the delivered product differs from the MRP quoted/reflected on the Website due to reasons such as time lag in updating prices after MRP changes, products from different batches, or different MRPs used by manufacturers in various regions. Prices and applicable taxes for all products are subject to change without prior notice by Growloc. We strive to offer you the best prices possible on our website.

Offers:

Any offers available through the app, print media, third-party websites, banners, flexes, social media posts, television, radio, or any other print or electronic format are subject to stock availability. Prices include applicable taxes at the time the offer is made.

Variable Weight Policy:

Please note that the item(s) in this product may vary slightly in size and weight. Therefore, the actual weight of the product delivered may have a small variance. You will be billed as per the range set for product weight on the website.

Mode of Payment:

Growloc offers you multiple payment options online. Please refer to our Price and Payment Policy document for details.

Delivery Charges:

We do impose delivery charges depending on the location and the order value. The charges are specified on the checkout page as per your order.

Delivery/Shipment of Product:

Delivery of the products under your order on the Website or Application shall be made as per our Delivery/Shipment policy mentioned herein. Your orders will be delivered within 48 to 72 hours (about 2 to 3 days) from the date of order. Title of the product shall be passed to you upon receipt of payment.

Mispricing:

Despite our best efforts, there may be instances of mispricing of items in our catalogue/offer on the Website. However, we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the item. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, you may return it at the time of delivery or we may not supply the product unless the issue is resolved. If you do not wish to purchase the product at the higher price, we shall cancel your order and refund the amount paid by you for such a cancelled transaction as per the existing refund policy. We are committed to not selling any product at a price higher than the MRP printed on the product pack. However, despite our efforts, due to various reasons including technical lapses and time lag in updating the price of the product on the website, if you are billed erroneously at a price higher than the MRP printed on the product pack, we shall undertake to refund the difference immediately, as per the company policy.

Return and Refund Policy:

Growloc does not facilitate any return policy, though; we have a refund policy that would be provided only when there would be some quality issue with the product being delivered as per the discretion of Growloc.

We have 100% Quality Assurance policy.

Products once delivered are non-returnable/ non-replaceable/ non-exchangeable, save and except: (a) if the product is damaged, defective, expired at the time of delivery or incorrectly delivered, and (b) if the return/ exchange policy listed with respect to the relevant product expressly and specifically permits the same – if so, the return/ exchange requests shall be processed in accordance with the terms of the relevant policy, including the specified timelines and conditions.

Fresh Fruits/Vegetables are only applicable for a refund if:

Vegetables/Fruits get damaged during Transit. If the received product is damaged, then kindly call or send the picture on WhatsApp number +91 9011014488 or email us on contact@growloc.com along with the order number.

These notifications for refund should be conveyed within 6 hours from the time of receiving the delivery.

All refunds will be credited within 3 working days to the original mode of payment from the date of acknowledgment .

Exactness / Accuracy Not Guaranteed:

We have made significant efforts to accurately display the colors, dimensions, and specifications of products that appear on the Website. However, we do not warrant/guarantee that product descriptions or other content on this Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. The technical specifications and settings of your computer and its display could affect the accuracy of its display of the colors, dimensions, and specifications of products offered on this Website.
